Hagedorn wins Final Debate
Judge Brian Hagedorn faced off with Judge Lisa Neubauer in a debate at the Marquette Law School on Tuesday. Neubauer was on the attack all night, indicating that she thinks she needs to make up ground on Hagedorn. One thing was clear from the debate: Hagedorn sounded and looked like a Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice. Neubauer sounded like a desperate candidate trying to smear Hagedorn.
Judge Hagedorn appears to have the momentum in the final week of the election coming up on April 2. Let’s take a look at the back and forth of the debate:
Neubauer dodged a question about Planned Parenthood, which has spent heavily on her behalf and she has volunteered for.
Despite trying to appear non-political, Neubauer’s past history of campaign contributions and political activism were exposed by the moderator. Neubauer’s answer was to look that she hasn’t done that in her years as a judge (reminder- Neubauer can’t name one instance of when Judge Hagedorn has done the things she accuses him of doing in his years as a judge)
Neubauer was especially weak on her recusal position, partially because she is some connected with the Left and doesn’t want to anger her base.
Hagedorn highlighted how Law Enforcement is backing him, while Neubauer focused on the elite and insiders backing her.

In closing, Hagedorn focused on the future and Neubauer reverted to her vague talking points.
