Tom Tiffany Running for Congress

Wisconsin State Senator Tom Tiffany announced his run for Congress to replace Rep. Sean Duffy on Tuesday.

Tom Tiffany did announcement events around the 7th Congressional District.

Tiffany is running as a Trump Republican, tweeting that “I’m the ally that @RealdDonaldTrump needs to keep moving our country forward.”

Early supporters include State Assemblyman Rob Swearingen and Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

Other Republicans are considering running for the seat, including State Assemblyman Romaine Quinn (Barron), Veteran Jason Church, and Wausau Surgeon Fernando “Fritz” Riveron.
